Parkinson's disease (PD) is best described as a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that often impairs the sufferer's motor skills, speech, and other functions. Parkinson's disease belongs to a group of conditions called movement disorders. It is characterized by muscle rigidity, tremor, postural abnormalities, gait abnormalities, a slowing of physical movement (bradykinesia) and a loss of physical movement (akinesia) in extreme cases. The primary symptoms are the results of decreased stimulation of the motor cortex by the basal ganglia, normally caused by the insufficient formation and action of dopamine produced in the dopaminergic neurons of the midbrain (specifically the substantia nigra). Secondary symptoms may include high level cognitive dysfunction and subtle language problems. PD is both chronic and progressive. PD is the most common cause of chronic progressive parkinsonism, a term which refers to the syndrome of tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia and postural instability. PD is also called "primary parkinsonism" or "idiopathic PD" (classically meaning having no known cause). While many forms of parkinsonism are idiopathic, "secondary" cases may result from toxicity most notably of drugs, head trauma, or other medical disorders.   How to make wine or hooch from ordinary household groceries that are readily available in prisons. Whilst in a prison (HMP Rye Hill), inmate CX8646 (in 2001 wrongly convicted to 18 yrs), developed the below described procedure to make hooch. Compared with todays wine making standards where a lot of additives are used, I daresay that his method results in an excellent natural wine IF you omit the extra sugar (even though so called natural wines are often prepared with added sugar!). This wine recipe delivers great results with most fruit juices, pineapple juice excluded (a thread-like mass developed within the fluid, making it undrinkable). Orange juice (if you want to make real orange wine), grape juice and apple juice make fine wines. The better the ingredients, the better the wine. The more sugar, the stronger the wine. The sugar content of the mix determines the percentage of alcohol in a ratio of about 1 to 1. The natural yeast of the dried raisins allows for the conversion of sugar into alcohol. This alcohol is nothing but a bacterial secretion (poop or pee?). I myself add about 1 / 10 part sugar. Together with the sugar content of juice and raisins, this results in a strong wine of around 18 percent. A few grams of the mass that remains after filtration may be used as a starter for the next batch to which you won't need to add any dried raisins.   "But if anyone turns away from My reminder, his life will be a dark and narrow one..." (Qur'an, 20:124) When Allah desires to guide someone, He expands his breast to Islam. When He desires to misguide someone, He makes his breast narrow and constricted as if he were climbing up into the sky. That is how Allah defiles those who have no faith. (Qur'an, 6:125) The failure of irreligious people in submitting themselves to Allah causes them to be in a constant state of ill-ease, anxiety and stress. As a consequence, they are afflicted by various psychological illnesses which reveal themselves in their physical selves. Their bodies wear down more quickly, and they age rapidly and degenerate. However, since believers are psychologically healthy, they do not fall prey to stress, or despondence, and their bodies are ever fit and healthy. The positive effects of their submitting to Allah, their trust in Him and fortitude, looking for the good in all things, and accepting what happens with the hope of His promise, are reflected in their physical selves. This, of course, applies only to those who live by the moral values of the Qur'an, and who truly comprehend the religion. Of course, they may fall ill and eventually grow old, but this natural process does not involve the psychological breakdown it does in others.
